"The Cage"; the latest soccer venue in Singapore. Charges : 90SGD per hour and they opened all the way till 3am. Interesting idea but quite a high charges in my opinion, but is quite popular. After us was some AngMos playing. Damn they made the pitch looked smaller compared to us Asians.
It is an enclosed area, with net covering all over the pitch and there is no stoppage. Even the top is covered with net, and there are ceiling fans, but when you are running, you dun feel the winds. It is very tiring, seriously tiring. Therefore get more players and the costs will not be so high.
I would highly recommended to get more than 15 persons. Best is get 20 players, 5-a-side.

It still hurts alittle, but it's no longer bitter. Did a bit of catching up with her, found out some news about some them. Great to see she is still as cheerful as before.
********************** My computer seem to be breaking down any minute. Hopefully it can hold til Window Vista is launched. This time the power supply gave way. Maybe will setup something that is really good this time, something that is 'kickass' and offer myself some entertainment. Miss the games that are available in the market now, but damn their requirement are getting higher and higher each time.
Sim Lim Sq is forever full of people. Full of geek and techies shopping for computer parts, uncles and aunties buying MP3 players for their kids and tourists buying electronics goods.
********************** Oh on why the title : "Dilemma", becuz i'm thinking if i should get a pair of shoes since I going to play regularly but so happened that my coy soccer timing clashes with my bball timing...... Maybe i should get 1 pair for soccer and 1 pair for basketball. :P :P
Nothing have been happening in particular. Only thing have been happening is work, nothing but work. Went to Apple store last weekend, as usual it was filled with people. The Ipod Nano is great man, just can't wait to get my hand on them, den again, i got my Pocket PC which can function just like a nano......
Been on a anime craze..... I'm now @ episode 47 of Naruto..., another 130 more to catch up to the most current episode. Thanks to hanny, copied all 176 epi + some other stupid stupid clips.... good enuff to keep myself occupied for the next 1 month.... :D
She have grown so much... and looked so much better now. She is currently babysitted by my mom. Eversince she retired, she has been working as a babysitter. Cute rite.... Children are always cute when they dun belong to you. :P :P
This 2 are my nephew and niece. I have posted picture of my niece before. I think she will become a pretty girl when grow up. Just look at her... so adorable and cute....
Ok, enuff of children.... here the fish tank that is in my office i was talking about.
Couldn't take a clearer picture. So please bear with the poor quality. Only until recently then i found out that this fish tank was actually requested by 1 of the staff from the company!.... Think about that, you requested a fish tank and the boss gave you 1..... Jeez..... I came to a conclusion that that person could be 1 of the profit earning centre. To make thing worse, you can only admire the fishes and corals... you cannot even touch the tank.... such a snobbish ass.....
It had been months since I touched something that is round, bouncing and you have to throw thru a basket. The old basketball regime have begun and it left me with a swollen thumb. :D
Great workout. Although play time were limited to abt 30mins, but this 30mins were highly competitive play. Met up with the old teammates, just bring back the good old memories. Those familiar faces, those familiar laughter and those old habits. Did a bit of catch up with them, some had married, some going to get married, some intend to get married, some like me.... still single.... :P and when we were leaving, i realised another funny sight.
Back then abt 1997, most of us walked to different basketball courts to challenge the local team, after that, most of us will turn up in bicycles to travel to other courts. Abt few years back, majority were in motorbikes. Now, most of us were driving cars already. Times has flies indeed.
My mom have left for Korea.... 2 holidays in 6 months. How fortunate..... anyway she have been working for the past 10 over years. It is time for her to take a break. The sight of my mom going on a holiday just reminded me that i need a break. Preferably a break oversea.... Need to get away from the usual routine, the usual people, the usual hot weather of Singapore.
Work as usual, have been piling up. Especially when 2 departments from 2 different companies combined together. The amount of work processes that need to study and re-design them for the new setup. O_O" Not to mention that "ya ya papaya" in my department. Feel like slapping her, but it's alright. Hopefully she dun make any mistakes, if she does.... make sure she become papaya juice...
First week is coming to an end but still in the transition phase. It is a whole new culture, new environment, new lunch area, new route to work, new lift, new toilet, new rules, new standards.... in fact double standard.. as usual.
Just can't wait for the weekend to come. Oh... forget to mention, my office now have a fish tank.... woow.... a marine fish tanks full of nemos, corals, etc etc.... it's a 4ft tank if i'm not wrong. Haven't really have the time to go admire the fishes... but they look really nice. Will take a picture of them when i have the chance. They are serving free beers every friday. wow.... welfare right!!!.... If 1 day if the company gone bankrupted, I would probably guess it is all becos of all these fishes.... free drinks.... etc etc.... :P
